Developing an Action-Oriented Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Roadmap

Abstract
Over the past year, the Collections and Technical Services Division of the University Library has worked to develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) roadmap that identifies action-oriented goals that center DEI in the work of the division. The presenters will share the process of the developing roadmap, which engaged staff at all levels of the division, allowing them to make connections between DEI concepts learned through personal and library-wide DEI education efforts and their day-to-day responsibilities.
