Identifying Key Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty in a Local Retailing Context
Abstract
Local retailers face both challenges and opportunities in this competitive retail landscape. However, what makes these local retailers stand out from large, national stores? Through a quantitative study, this study attempts to understand the factors that create loyalty to local retailers and thus lead to repeat purchases at their stores.
