Abstract
Creating a leadership pipeline mindset is critical to the success of any organization. Using the Leadership Pipeline Model, the special topics session identifies innovative leadership development initiatives and focuses on strategic mentorship of students and faculty. The model presents an iterative approach to professional development taking an individual from managing self to managing enterprises. This transparent, systematic process helps individuals understand key skills at every stage and provides a clear pathway for advancement.
