Biography
Dr. John R. Haughery, CSCE is an assistant professor of Automation & Electronics Technologies and coordinator of the Automation & Robotics Engineering Technology program in the Department of Applied Engineering, Safety and Technology at Millersville University of Pennsylvania, as well as an affiliate assistant professor in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at Iowa State University. His 15+ years of teaching, research, and practice are focused on control systems including robotics, automation, networking, human-machine/robot interaction, electric power/energy system, and engineering/technology education. Dr. Haughery is a Certified Senior Controls Engineer (CSCE), Controls Exam Commissioner for the Association of Technology, Management and Applied Engineering’s (ATMAE) Board of Certification, and a member of the Editorial Panel of the Journal of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (JTMAE). Dr. Haughery received his BS in Industrial Technology: Electronic/Control Systems from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, PA (2006), MS in Engineering and Technology Management from Morehead State University, KY (2014), and PhD in Industrial and Agricultural Technology from Iowa State University, IA (2017).
