Abstract
There are great tracts of land in the United States which are conchological blanks as concerns the various species living there, It has been nearly 50 years since any comprehensive work has been published on the mollusks of Arkansas and Louisiana and Missouri needs to be thoroughly surveyed taxonomically and ecologically. Consequently I the following is offered as a simple list to be incorporated in ·the body . of knowledge waiting to be gleaned from these areas.
